Steps to power up with Jojo superfast
1. Locate a Station
- Use our interactive map or upcoming mobile app to find the nearest JOJO Superfast charger.
- Filter by connector type (CCS1 or NACS) and availability in real-time.
2. Park and Plug In
- Position your vehicle so the charging cable reaches your port comfortably.
- Select the appropriate connector for your EV.
- Plug the connector firmly into your vehicle’s charging port.
3. Start Your Session
- Use the integrated POS terminal for payment.
- Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), or RFID-enabled charging cards.
- Follow on-screen prompts to initiate charging.
4. Monitor Your Charge
- The display shows charging speed, energy delivered, and estimated time to completion.
- Many vehicles also display charging status inside the cabin.
5. End and Unplug
- Once you reach your desired charge level, stop the session using the POS terminal or your EV’s app.
- Unplug the connector and return it to its holder.
6. Go on Your Way
- Most sessions take 20–40 minutes depending on battery size and starting charge.
- Use the time to shop at Menards or grab a coffee nearby.
